To initiate a hireback, select an open position to fill. Select the wait time for notification (the amount of time the system will wait without a response before notifying the next qualified and available person on the list), and click 'Start Hireback'
With the process running, you're free to tend to other matters. Available and qualified personnel will be contacted via text in a dynamic order based on department set criteria, such as the recency of the most recent overtime shift.
Qualified personnel are notified on the phone via text/app notification. They accept the hireback, decline it, or the time expires and the next person in line is contacted. This repeats until the position is filled.
With the open shift accepted, the supervisor clicks 'accept' to finalize the hire and notify all personnel with an outstanding hireback offer that the shift has been filled
